Behind Every Home Run Is a Hero at Matagorda G.E.M.S., we believe that it takes a team—not just on the field, but off the field too. Our volunteers are the heartbeat of this organization. From coaching and mentoring to setting up events and cheering in the stands, our volunteers do it all.
Why Volunteer? Many of our girls are stepping onto a softball field for the first time. Volunteers help them swing with confidence, learn the rules, and discover what they’re capable of. Whether you're experienced in softball or just passionate about empowering young girls, there is a role for you.
